Sweet Auburn Seafood

June 21, 2018

I've been on a seafood binge recently.
So when my coworker + friend said she wanted to take me out for my 25th birthday, of course I
  1. Wanted to go somewhere new.
  2. Wanted to feed into my current obsession.

We went during lunch time (Around 12:30) so it was very quiet and empty, which I do not mind at all! It seemed like the only other people there were having work/business lunch meetings.

Our servers were hilarious but I'm still a little annoyed that I didn't solve the riddle correctly to get my free birthday cake.

The lunch menu was very limited which makes me want to come back for dinner.

What I ordered:
  1. Seafood nachos
  2. Drink of choice: Apple Jacks
The nachos were so filling! It wasn't spicy at all like the menu says. You can definitely order this as a meal but I'd probably split it with a friend next time.

My drink was mixed very well! I actually try to avoid dark liquor, because it makes me feel like a man with a very hairy chest. The drink was so good I almost ordered a second one. All of the drinks on the menu sounded tasty really!

Overall, it was a nice little lunch! They weren't stingy with the lobster + shrimp and I was pretty much full for the rest of the day.

I wish there were more options on the lunch menu. The few that were there seemed very basic.

As mentioned previously, I would visit again but I would have to go during dinner time just to get the full experience!

Considering it's seafood and the portion size, everything seemed to be moderately priced!

Apple Jacks!

Free mimosa for my birthday!
